General Description:
Beijing Geely University (BGU) is funded by Beijing Geely International Education Co Ltd of the China Geely Group and has been approved by the Beijing Municipal Government and registered by the Ministry of Education of China to issue graduation certificates and diplomas. BGU is a privately managed higher education institute for all-around, full-time education and enrolls undergraduate students, self-taught test students,diploma test students and overseas students. There are more than 11,000 students at the school at present with a plan to expand that to 30,000 students in the near future.
BGU, now covers an area of 1,600 mu and has established 6 large-scale connected classroom buildings, one large lecture theatre,2 modern laboratory buildings,3 canteens,4 large-scale Wushu Halls,2 Expert residential buildings and 18 students apartment buildings. With an investment of 7 million RMB, the modern Library which will cover an area of 20,000 sqm is in construction stages now.

Living facilities on offer to students include convenience store,hospital, ommunal bathroom, self operated laundry, reception room and ATM. All of the student apartments have private toilets,air-conditioning, DDD telephone, broadband onnections, closed-circuit television and 24 hour security. The school grounds has already established 6 grass football pitches, 20 basketball courts, 12 volleyball courts, 4 tennis courts, 6 badminton courts, one gym and one standard track and field oval.
